Hello All,
I am going to India and have to go for stamping. I come under Chennai consular district but planning to go to Delhi because of high rejection rate in Chennai.
First thing, I am not sure if I can go to Delhi when I come under Chennai consular district.
Second thing is, should there be a valid reason with supporting documents for attending the visa appointment in Delhi instead of Chennai.
Your thoughts and experiences on the above points would be very helpul for me in resolving this issue. Thanks a lot.
Why not any of the consulates in Mexico ( Juarez, nogales, el paso etc). If you have all the documents related to your employment and are able to prove you are still working and necessary for your job you should get your visa. It all depends on the documents presented and some of it on your luck

- 140 approved(EB3 category)
- I am in 7th year of my H1
- 3year H1 extension is in-process
All of the above with Company-A.
If the 3year H1 is approved, will I be eligible to change job to Company-B and transfer my H1 to Company-B?
Can I take my priority date from my application from Company-A to B?
In what way Company-A can affect my status once I switch to Company-B?

I am about to mail the documents for my EAD and AP renewal.
Current Residence: Missouri

EAD filing Address:

850 S. Street,

AP filing Address:
USCIS Nebraska Service Center
P.O. Box 87131
Lincoln, NE 68501-7131
Addresses are OK, but can you send FEDEX to P.O. Box?

My Green Card is stuck at EB2 Stage but all this time I forgot that I have potential for a British Citizenship based on my birth place and Father being a Britisher.
Now can I reapply as a Brit - all over again hoping to get past the long queue. I am not interested in gaming - dont get me wrong - I had been in UK for some 5-6years working and am easily eligible for to get UK Citizenship that I did not explore. Now can I change the situation ?

Would recommend doing an appeal for perm. That will keep perm active while your H1 gets processed.

Folks - I have been hearing mixed comment on Interim EAD.. Is it still permitted. I heard that they have stopped issuing interim EAD's... If it is still permitted how do we go about obtaining an interim EAD.
