Why not pick out one or two of your favorites (or perhaps instead, images that are technically fine but that you don't like and aren't sure why) and post them here? I'm sorry, but I certainly won't be taking the time to wade through a gallery of hundreds of images that look almost exactly the same, let alone writing critiques for each one (which is what I assume you were asking for, having posted your site in this particular forum).

I have applied I485 when i was in India and it is in pending now.I am back from India and currently in USA now and came to know that one cannot file I485 when the applicant is not in USA.
Should i be withdrawing the pending I485 and reapply now ?since there is a date availability till august 17th 2007
Or Can I appply new I485 without withdrawing the pending I485 .Once I get new receipt notice ,then withdrw the old pending I485?
Please suggest .Thanks in advance.
These are critical decisions and you should consult a knowledgeable attorney ASAP to know your options and possible risks. If you used an attorney to file your 485 from India, then you know that this attorney is no good.

Anyone here who is in the same situation?
I know my PD is in Aug 2006 and was casually checking the I-485 Receipt Notice I got during the July 2007 fiasco. Surprisingly, the "Priority Date" box on the notice is blank.
"Received Date" and "Notice Date" are correct though.

Returning to the US after living abroad for 9 years and need to know what is the best process for my wife to re-apply for green card.
History:
My wife and I have been married for 20 years, own a home in the US and have one child who holds a US passport. While living in the US my wife held a Green Card. However, when we moved she surrendered the card. Now we are returning to the US and she need to get the Green Card once again. Does she need to apply as if this is the first time or is there an application or process for previous residents or Green Card holders?

file it immediately and start working for C. If there is an RFE, it'd take few months by that time you just send ur current pay stubs. INS is generally flexible for a month or so..act fast

I have a valid H4 after receving the EAD now getting paid on 1099 (on an off), I am planning to visit India this year. My question is!
Can I come back on H4 (I have a valid stamp) or do I have to use my AP since I am using my EAD privileges for getting paid?
Will they know at the Point of Entry that I am using my EAD?

Even if they do issue an update today..so what? It means nothing. NSC issued an update it finished receipting July2nd filers 2 weeks back, and even today July 2nd filers get checks cashed.....

In 2005 I (american citizen) applied for a I-130 petition for my husband who is an Indian citizen. (It was approved.) Then after that the case was placed under administrative review at the Mumbai embassy in India. It is still pending for over four years now. As of Sept. 2008 My husband recieved a letter stating the petition was sent to the USCIS here for review and possible revocation. We were told to contact them here for our case. They can not find anything on our case.
He is now in Canada on a student visa. Can I apply for a K-3 visa while he is in canada on a student visa? I was told he would need to go back to India for me to apply for a K-3 visa. USCIS agent told me to take the steps in applying for a K-3 visa for him.

Hi folks
We have applied for COS for my wife from H4 - F1, and yesterday we got approval.
(TOOK ONE MONTH APPROX),
Now the question is,
I AM AWARE THAT SHE HAS TO GET STAMPED IF SHE TRAVELS TO INDIA, BUT what if she travels to India, when on OPT status????
Any seniors had experienced the same situation?????????

Hi, my I94 expires on Nov 28th and my current employer is having issues in applying for transfer (they applied but without proper documents and it is still pending). I know I can continue to work based on the extension receipt they have even after Nov 28th.
I have some questions in the scenario that this application of extension (old employer) is denied after Nov 28th say on Dec 10th:
1) If a new employer applies for H1b transfer before Nov 28th and I get a rejection on Dec10th (with old one), can I immediately switch to the new employer (based on their transfer receipt) and continue work with the new one?
2) If the new employer is unable to apply before Nov28th (with holidays coming up), but say applies on Dec5th. Now if I get a rejection with old employer on Dec10th, can I switch to new employer on Dec10th and continue working (even though they applied for transfer after my I94 expiration but while my stay was legal) ?
Appreciate your responses at this crucial time.

Today my lawyer sent me my receipt numbers for 485, EAD and AP. when I enter my AP receipt number to check online status I see the following...
Application Type: OS155A, IMMIGRANT VISA AND ALIEN REGISTRATION
Current Status: Card production ordered.
On August 30, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.
Anyone know what this means... It doesn't say I-131 in application type..

My lawyer says the checks have been cashed and we have proof of this.. She says it can be a typo..
Most weird part is for my EAD it says card has been ordered.. but I haven't even done finger prints and my 485 is in suspense..
